The products offered for sale on this website may contain descriptions that are provided directly by the publisher, manufacturer or distributor of such item. While Jaya Bakti makes every effort to ensure that all the descriptions on the site is accurate and complete, the content is provided for informative purposes and on an ‘as is’ basis only without any warranties of any kind either expressed or implied.
Refund or Exchange
Full/partial refunds will be granted for orders that contain products which are currently not in stock. In such cases, Jaya Bakti will contact customer directly through their billing/shipping mobile number to arrange for a refund/exchange.
No refunds will be granted for any other orders except in the following cases:
- Ordered item does not match the description shown in the product page.
- Some incorrect or missing items from the order.
In any case, refund will only be provided if the item is unpacked and still new. The customer must contact Jaya Bakti by WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order to inform of such cases.
If the refund is accepted, customer must follow the instructions and arrange to send the incorrect items back to Jaya Bakti within 7 days for a successful refund. Customer must use the return shipping label which will be provided and must not choose their own shipping. Once the return shipment is received and the item’s condition is checked, Jaya Bakti will start processing the refund. Refund will be processed through customer’s original payment method.
If a refund is rejected, items will be sent back to the customer. The return shipping cost and new shipping cost must be borne by customer.
All refunds will be processed back to customer’s original payment method.
Exchange for all orders is allowed, granted that the customer notified Jaya Bakti by Whatsapp about the exchange within 7 days from when the order was placed and no coupons were used in the order.
Once customer hears back from Jaya Bakti, customer must return all products unpacked and in the same condition as they were sent within 3 days. Customer will bear all shipping costs for exchanging the items. If the value of the new item is higher than the original item, customer must pay the difference.
Jaya Bakti has the right to deny an exchange if the product is not in the same condition and/or has been unpacked.
Any charge back on payments will get the customer blacklisted and Jaya Bakti will not process any future order from the same customer.
