- In case of lost or stolen membership cards, please report the incident to Jaya Bakti.
- If you happen to find a lost card, kindly return it to Penerbitan Jaya Bakti Sdn. Bhd.
- For purchases made through the website, the applicable discount will be automatically applied when the user is logged in.
